As a proud mother of three accomplished professionals, she has balanced a dynamic career with a deep commitment to her family. Currently serving as a cybersecurity researcher for Ulsch Cyber Advisory LLC in association with Gray Zone Research & Intelligence, Jane applies her analytical skills to assess digital threats and security vulnerabilities. In addition, she works as a Realtor, leveraging over 30 years of experience in property investment, management, and vacation rentals, where she has developed a sharp eye for risk assessment and asset protection.
Before transitioning into cybersecurity research, Jane was the owner and manager of New York’s premier event spaces until 2018. Her role required high-level problem-solving, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of digital security measures to protect sensitive client data—skills that are essential in today’s cybersecurity landscape. Managing large-scale corporate and private events further honed her ability to assess security risks, coordinate with IT professionals, and ensure compliance with data protection standards, making her an asset in both cybersecurity and event security.
Jane’s career began on Wall Street, as a registered client associate, she worked at Bear Stearns, Smith Barney, and Oppenheimer, supporting one of the top producing municipal bond Vice Presidents. This high-pressure environment sharpened her financial risk assessment skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze complex data—qualities that seamlessly translate into her cyber security research. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Richard Stockton University, Jane combines her extensive experience with a forward-thinking approach, making her a key contributor in cybersecurity, event security, and business risk management.
